Termite Control in Pace, FL
Pace is one of Santa Rosa County's fastest-growing communities, with new subdivisions expanding along the I-10 corridor and established neighborhoods throughout the Blackwater River bottomland. The river's influence creates persistent high moisture in the soil — ideal conditions for subterranean termite colonies. Both new construction and older homes in Pace face significant termite pressure year-round.
Cadenhead Services has protected Santa Rosa County homes from termites since 1983. We're a local, family-owned company serving Pace, Milton, and the surrounding area.
Why Pace Has High Termite Pressure
The Blackwater River bottomland extends throughout much of the Pace area, maintaining high soil moisture even during dry periods. New construction on recently disturbed soil attracts termite foragers. Older neighborhoods have had decades of exposure. The combination of natural wooded areas and expanding residential development creates a perfect storm for termite activity.
Our Termite Protection Services
Sentricon® Always Active
Bait stations installed around your home's perimeter provide continuous 24/7 monitoring and colony elimination. No trenching, no drilling, works year-round whether you're home or not. Ideal for Pace's mix of slab and crawl space construction.
Why Sentricon Instead of a Soil Barrier?
We don't trench or treat the soil around your foundation for termites. Sentricon® Always Active works by colony elimination: termites feed on the bait at monitoring stations and carry it back to the colony. There's no trenching or drilling around your foundation, and annual renewal keeps your Pace home under ongoing protection.
WDO Inspections
We provide Wood Destroying Organism inspection reports required for real estate transactions throughout Santa Rosa County.
